Thermal Imaging

Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging is used to identify areas of heat loss in a building. This is achieved using a specialised camera that captures patterns of heat loss in the building fabric. When used in conjunction with air tightness testing it can be very effective in pin-pointing areas where heat is escaping. Thermal imaging can also be used to detect leaks in heating systems thus avoiding costly water damage.
